This company did nothing for my roof damage. They lead me along for MONTHS and now are claiming that I owe them 8k for tarping my roof. I will see them in court.

ABSOLUTELY terrible and disheartening! We really trusted them to be professionals. We were vulnerable and disrespected. They tore my kitchen up, left us hanging for days. Broke my countertop, acted like they didn’t ( we have them on camera). And brought a very small team that couldn’t speak English. I’m done.. don’t use them! 😔

So this company took over and told us we need to put are stuff in different rooms real fast so they can work on it.so we move everything out of the two rooms . My room and my sons room. First they tour down my sons which took them a whole week. But when I gave them the check from the company it took them 2 days to do mine . They still have not finished it .and other things they were supposed to do on the list. I'm still waiting on there phone call .guys please don't use them they are not reliable. Less

I reached out to the owner to see if he could help my sister who lives in St. Charles after that big flood hit the area. They were swamped, but he went out of his way to personally meet with my sister and help her out. Not only did they coordinate with the insurance company, but they actually were able to get the insurers to cover a lot more than they originally proposed that they would. She g... More

I reached out to the owner to see if he could help my sister who lives in St. Charles after that big flood hit the area. They were swamped, but he went out of his way to personally meet with my sister and help her out. Not only did they coordinate with the insurance company, but they actually were able to get the insurers to cover a lot more than they originally proposed that they would. She got all of the water damage in the basement, new flooring on the main level and the big bonus was a brand new roof on her old house. 100% covered by insurance. Show me another company that will fight for you and then move schedules around in order to get the work done in an extremely timely fashion. First Responders did a hell of a job and I'd recommend them to anyone! Less

Please do not use this company!!!! They prey on women/widows. Fast talkers, rush you to sign paperwork, then up charge invoice. Per State Farm they should have charge me from $3,000 to 15,000 for a residential property. This company charged me over 35,000 and is attempting to put a lien on my house! They are crooks and a fraud!!! Please beware!!!

Don’t call these people for anything. They don’t show up. 3 days in a row supposed to clean - never showed up. Won’t answer or return calls.

From start to finsh they did everything they said and my roof looks great
